Causeway

In Causeway, Jennifer Lawrence stars as Laura Daltry, a soldier who has just returned home from her service in the military. Struggling to cope with the transition from battlefront to civilian life, Laura finds solace in deep conversations with her closest friends and family. Brian Tyree Henry plays Nate Miller, a social worker helping Laura adjust to life on the home front while providing her with much-needed emotional support.

The series centers around Laura’s journey of self-discovery. Through her relationships with Nate and her loved ones, she must come to terms with who she is and how best to move forward in a world that may never fully understand what she has gone through.
