The cast is led by Sebastian Stan as Curtis, a young and driven businessman who’s been climbing the social and corporate ladder with caution. Julianne Moore stars as his mentor and confidante, Belinda, a powerful figure in the business world whose connections are both an asset and a liability. Justice Smith plays Lucas, Curtis' old college friend, who is vying for the same position as Curtis and is willing to do anything to get there.

The show also stars Darren Goldstein as Clay, the owner of a high-end nightclub where secrets are revealed; John Lithgow as Stanley, a patriarchal figure in the New York real estate world; and Brianna Middleton as Nikki, Curtis’ girlfriend who works in the fashion industry with her own agenda.

Sharper is written by Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka and directed by Benjamin Caron, with Erik Feig, Julianne Moore, Jessica Switch, Bart Freundlich and Alessandro Tanaka producing alongside Brian Gatewood as executive producers. Julia Hammer and Amy Herman are executive producers.
